Minato Ichiban Auction Rules
1. REGISTRATION
(1) In order to participate in the auction.you need to make a pre-registration.
(2) Fill in the REGISTRATION FORM” and fax it to +81-258-22-0114 (0258-22-0114).
(3) In order to become eligible to participate in the bid you need to make
a deposit of 500,000 Japanese yen.
No deposit shall be required from special participants whom the Auctioner
granted.

* - If no purchase is made, the deposit will be returned to each participant
after bank charges are deducted.
2. BIDDING and SUCCESSFUL BID
(1) Inspect the items listed
on this website thoroughly to determine equipment you are interested
in. After completing the procedure for participation, Fill in the bidding
form
that will
be
faxed to you
and
send it back
to our company by fax.
(2) The bidder who offers the highest price shall become the successful bidder.
(3) There is no limit for the number of bids. However, bid offers need to exceed
the price of the last bid.
(4) The price tendered is unable to be cancelled or reduced.
(5) In the case when two or more participants submit the same bidding price,
the lot will be decided by a draw.
(6) Tender results and Tender Invoice will be faxed within 2 days.
3. PRICE and PAYMENT
(1) All prices are based
on the exhibits "AS IS CONDITION" and
are also Ex Yard price which excluded the Consumption tax (5%).
(2) If any successful bids are made for vehicles, crane cars, Reftarcran, excluding
construction machinery, a payment of 10,000 yen will be charged for each vehicle
besides the successful bid price.
(3) If the vehicles have the recycling tickets which are applicable based on
the recycling law the recycling fees will be charged besides the successful
bid price.
(4) Payment shall be made in full by cash or by remittance to the bank account.
Any check and L/C are not acceptable.
(5) The successful bidder shall complete the payment in Japanese yen within
ten (10) days from the date when he receives the invoice.
(6) In case of delay of payment, the purchase will be deemed as cancelled.
4. CANCELLATION
(1) In case the purchase is cancelled, the successful bidder shall
pay the higher of either 500,000 Japanese yen or 25% of the purchase
price as cancellation penalty.
5. REMOVAL
(1) After full payment has been made and confirmed, the purchase items
can be removed.
(2) All purchase items must be removed from the Tender site within 2 weeks
after the successfull bid. After that the Storage cost of 300 Japanese yen
per day per unit will be charged to the successful bidders. The successful
bidder shall be liable for damages or losses caused by any reasons which may
be incurred after the auction.
6. WARRANTY
(1) All items are sold “
As Is Condition”. Please inspect the item(s) before you make your purchasing
decision. AUCTIONEER is not liable for
any injury, theft, damage etc. that may occur around the auction site.
(2) Auctioneer shall not receive any claims.
(3)You are advised to check the information on the model type, the model number,
the year type and the specifications and make appropriate decision on the bid
price.
All prices will be based on the exhibits “As Is Condition”.
(4) Auctioneer shall not be responsible for miss entry and an omission on the
auction list.
(5) In case issues and problems arise between the exhibitor and the participant,
the Auctioneer shall not support any of the two conflicting sides. The final
decision on the problems shall be made by the organizer of the Auction and
the two sides are required to respect and follow this decision.
